My coaching practice is client centered and client directed: you set the pace and agenda. I have a ton of resources to offer and topics to support anti-racist skill development and implementation strategy. We start with major life influences and other identities so I can hold an intersectional context for you. Often white people need to share about a challenging or confusing situation and go over all the details especially when feelings of white guilt, shame, defensiveness and others are coming up. The goals center around self awareness and demonstrating that learning in action to be reliable and trustworthy white allies.

The arrangement is 4 one hour long sessions, paid in advance and scheduled at mutual agreement.
